ETA: The Boy, when I brought up fanaddict's A-Rod dilemma: "Jeter/Sheffield OTP!" (which is even funnier, considering he only learned the term "OTP" via queennell's Brief Brief History of Time.
Also The Boy, relaying a conversation he had with coworkers, with much mock-enthusiasm: "They should make that an anti-steroid poster. 'Don't take steroids, kids--they give you the gay!'"

For real! Though god knows I make enough jokes during football season, what with their "tight ends" and the quarterback practically giving the center a prostate exam sometimes. It's The Boy's own fault for subjecting me to the games--if he didn't do that, I wouldn't be smutting them up. *g*

I'm sure there is, and when kylielee1000 were at Arisia one year, Cecilia Tan did a reading and offered Yankees slash (though the audience voted instead for the Batgirl/Catwoman smut. Not without "Yankees suck" and "Jeter swallows" jokes, though. This was pre-breaking the curse.).

As for internet sports slash, I assume so. There's Lego porn out there, after all. *g*

well, the Yankees have had precious little to celebrate this season. They're barely playing above .500.
