Oct. 18th, 2005 11:00 pmOnce upon a time, way back in the fall of 1993, kagey started her freshman year of college a funny little upstart network known as FOX aired a funny little show known as The X-Files on Friday nights at 9pm.
But at 8pm, they aired an even funnier little show known as The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
Starring Bruce Campbell, The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. was a Western with scifi elements, a mix of comedy and drama; therefore it was of course doomed, and became, if memory serves, the very first casualty of the Fox Friday Night Time Slot of Doom.
Bastards.
TNT then showed ABCJr in syndication for a while, but it's been off the air for a few years now.
Over at tvshowsondvd.com, ABCJr is the third most popular unreleased show (after BH 90210 and JAG), and rumor has it that the show may be released on DVD in 2006. Yay!
