oh, *boys*!
I am having the best Monday I can remember having in a very long time!
First, the Patriots won yesterday, and Tom "Eugenics Experiment" Brady was yet again in a suit during the post-game interview. Which, I swear, The Boy was on the look-out for after the game.
(Seriously, being both that talented and that hot cannot be a random accident of unplanned pair-bonding.
Seriously.
The vaguely homoerotic implications don't hurt.)
Then, the Red Sox won! And The Boy linked me to the gayest, happiest series of postgame celebration pics ever.
Seriously.
There's man-hugging.
All over.
And dancing.
Seriously.
And I am possibly actually remembering how to write, which is awesome, particularly in light of the impending November. I'm not doing NaNoWriMo, because I am in fact not that self-deluded, but I'm planning to do KaGeyWriMo. The word count is way more forgiving, and the organizer's a personal friend of mine.
Also? I got to refer someone to the applied science library for a journal today. Which means when I looked it up, the reference was to "MCKAY APPLIED SCI." Which never, ever fails to make me giggle a little. Inside, because I am wicked professional, yo.
There was something else, but I have forgotten it. In conclusion, yay boys!
ETA: Remembered! So, there's this giant (GIANT) liquor store right next to my apartment building, as some of you havetoured seen. This weekend, when we drove past it, I happened to notice that the tuxedo store basically in the corner of the Kappy's parking lot? Tuxedo store no longer.
It's a TATTOO PARLOR.
There is a TATTOO PARLOR IN THE KAPPY'S PARKING LOT.
This is either magnificent or a horribly bad idea. I keep changing my mind every 5 minutes.
TATTOO PARLOR 50 FEET FROM THE FRONT DOOR OF KAPPY'S.

and the Red Sox, I swear thankfully it wasn't as draining as the one against the Yankees..but still SWEET!!! Love them all I do..but Ellsbury is my favorite..they FEARED him, they intentionally walked him..why, because he makes BIG CONTACT (sorry my fangirlness got away from there *smile*) and Papelbon for he is of the CRAZY EYES. *smile*
