I think John's really interesting that way--here's a guy who took the Mensa test, but didn't join, who does little math tricks (for Rodney--I'm not sure he's done it for anyone else, really) but likes to make pithy comments and pop-cultures references, who can be very laid-back, or very focused, or very dorky. *g*
